Our team is a diverse mix of engineers, technicians, quality assurance specialists, logistics experts, and customer service representatives. Each member plays a unique role in the production and distribution of our medical kits. 

The implementation team are responsible for the technical aspects of our products offering. They design medical kits with precision, working with clients to ensure every component meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.  They collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand the specific needs of end-users, allowing us help clients create true customised solution both functional  and user-friendly.

 Quality assurance is a critical aspect of building medical kits. Our quality assurance and regulatory team ensures that our products comply with all relevant regulations and standards. They conduct thorough inspections, testing, and risk assessments to maintain the safety and reliability of our service. 

• Quality Assurance Specialists: They oversee the entire quality control process, from incoming materials to final inspection. All components inside each kit is fully tracked from the moment it enters us to moment it leaves us. Only goods that passed strict quality process can leave the production facility, any slight change will be automatically quarantined. 
• Regulatory Compliance Officer: Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK

 The customer service and support team is the primary point of contact for our customers. They provide assistance with orders, address any issues, and offer guidance on product usage.

Customer Service Representatives: Work directly with customers with enquiries, orders, and technical support. 

Technical Support Specialists: They work directly with clients develop bespoke standard agreements to ensure their products specifications can be created. 

IT team ensures that technology is the backbone of the company and is robust and reliable. They manage servers, networks, hardware, and software systems used throughout the organisation. 

Our team oversee: 

Design and develop custom software applications tailored to the company's needs. They create solutions for tracking production, managing inventory, and integrating with other systems.
